Well 1st of all, i doubt Sony will ban EVERY single person that uses CFW. Sony won't go on a Ban spread and ban every jailbroken PS3 :p. Sony will only ban people that do bad things with CFW ect.

If i were you i would swap to OFW, because you can even run programs with it, you just need the CFW to install packages.
Most people only used the CFW to get patches on their PS3 to host Challenge Lobbies, so if you change to OFW you can still host Challenge Lobbies.
So i would change to the original firmware.
