(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hey guys, so today i borrow GTA4 from my friend and i back it up, after its done i run it and it says you need to update so i click update and a black screen shows, luckly i still had the disk so i deleted the back up, put the CD in and updated then backed it up again and it worked but ima return CD tomorow and i was wonderin what to do if the game ever needs a back up again, and please dont say borrow CD from friend again cuz thats just the stupidest answer ever and its obvious that would work but i need other solutions please

Just update. Sometimes you'll get a black screen but once you reboot your ps3 it should just update. I've done it for 4 games.

you can just hit cancel but if you want to play online you need to update, depending on the game ofcourse, if it freezes just restart your ps3, run the LV2 patcher unless its built in, then just try to update it again, takes me 2 or three restarts before it updates alright, no worries though.

yeah sorry forgot to mention if i wanna play online lol i know i can just cancel and not play online but i ment to say online but ok thanks
