Sart Download the following things Pup unpackers needed

use dePKG extract the files in the pup then untar it you will be left with the dev_flash and a bunch of pkgs!

Use the following line for linux or cygwin to repack the pup file
./create_cfw.sh PS3UPDAT.PUP CFW.PUP
