you have the ported one for the cfw that your using? if you do, then just create a folder (like a games foldeR) in your root of your usb stick/external hd, then label a folder called gba and put games in there, and use it? if you dont have cfw on your ps3 you cant play emulators and what not. you need to be able to install package files.

vba emu will work for game boy and game boy advance... im pretty sure, someone correct me if wrong. the snes9x is a super nintendo emulator, for snes games

are there any cheats for this similair to the ones the gba gameshark and how do i save games to my hdd how do i save like say i just beat a whole game how do i save it.. tyvm

i only played a couple gba games but i think you either need to progress to save, or possibly write down passwords? depends on how old the game is i suppose. and some have a save option in the menus.
