I'm not planning to do any piracy copying games either.

However I've been told that once you Jailbreak It cannot be undone? is there any other way I can file manage in PS3? I'm not the only one who uses the PS3 so that's why I have my doubts about Jailbreaking.

But I've heard recently that you can update to the latest Firmware via USB or internet and it overwrites the Jailbreak? is it true? I just want to simply use something like Comgenie's awesome file manager without getting my PS3 bugged or broken or unable to let PSN accounts play normaly.

Who has told you that? You can always go back to OFW no matter what CFW you're on

You're referring to jailbreaking which IS only for 3.41 firmware so you can't go back to OFW
CFW works on the latest firmware 3.55 and allows you to go back to OFW and still keep the PKGs

So what can I do to use Comgenie's awesome file manager or something similar because I want to add mods for The Elder Scrolls Oblivion GOTY. and the only way to do it is to use a file manager. :embarrassed: I'm sorry I'm a total n00b when it comes to this.
