(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I am finding no support on this. Where do the backups go in the Gaia?

If anybody could link me to a guide to FTP'ing backups into gaia, I'd appreciate it! That, or tell me how.

-goto FTP server
-connect
-search for you "GAMEZ" folder
-copy the hole backup into that folder e.g:
Copy this fodler into GAMEZ----> BLESXXXX>PS3_GAME>USRDIR>ect.
-play

I have no gamez folder. Should I make one?
