No you can not downgrade yet but you can bypass the check for 3.56 just now with the psn bypass, you go into internet settings and custom settings and when you get to dns settings click manual and put this number 67.202.81.137 into your primary dns and then save and then you can sign into psn (just a word of warning this will be patched again soon so use it while it still works)
