Just wanted to know have the console bans only happened to people who have been hacking COD games and playing in modded lobbies or has it been happening to people who simply have a jailbroken console and been online?

I don’t have COD but I have been online in other games (no hacks) with Kmeaw CFW and Multiman (and other BM's).

Currently I have just unplugged the PS3 from the net all together to stay safe. I am ok with my PS3 not being on PSN, but I have a PSPgo on the same account so I don’t want my PSNID to be banned.
