80gb and a 320gb

both were on cfw (geohot)

i update my 80gb to 3.56 and play black ops for a while,,then i swapped my 80gb to my 320 gb ( geohot fm on 3.55 ) it says system firmware cannot be ran,,,, and it says data is corrupted to every firmware i tried to install via safe mode including the official from their website :O:O:O:O:O:O

yea i got the same thing yesterday i tryed to install a 500gb on my ps3fat just call sony and complain thats what i did if enough people call they'll fix it

Go back into recovery made and go to fix file management and fix corrupted hard drive (something like that)

when i try to press some options on my hdd it says hard drive cannot be accessed,, its a brand new hard drive.

If you can connect it to your computer, formatting to FAT32 will do the trick.

The latest update screwed us over by not allowing some PS3's the ability to upgrade/change out hard drives.

just tried all option i can and till it wont lemme load. : /

Well if thats the case Sony can give me some cash, this is my ps3 and my hard drive(s) there miserable and its bull shit what they are doing huh..

Send them an email about it saying the recent update stopped you from being able to use your hard drive. All PS3's are made to be upgraded.

Ok, cheers,, do you have their email ?? and what can they do about it ?

Better yet call them. If enough people say this they may have to change the 3.56 to allow this.
