1. I've heard that in the 3.56 security patch Sony blocked the update-opportunity to update via Storage Media, ar i'm right? tell me if i'm not. But now if they did that , are they some program / file which could fix the problem? Just a "n00b" question. Open for all answers!

All i know i think Sony didn't block/patch the "Update via Storage Media." And i think if they would have patched it, there would be no way to patch it or to find another way to update your PS3 with a Storage Media.

quick question to, i no homebrew dont work on 3.56 but dose the converted copyed pkg game bkups still play or are they blocked also? not homebrew pkgs game copy pkgs thanks in advance

they do still probably work but i would not suggest using them on 3.56 now that the sony nazis can see everything that we are doing!
