Sure it would be client-sided, meaning only you would be able to see it, but how awesome would it be to drive the Trashmaster at 200 mph, or even modify the FIB Buffalo to and FBI Dodge Charger SRT8 (Modding Handling.dat for first, and modding vehicles.img for the second, using the tools used for the PC version). Tell me what you guys think! I'll be testing this out on my own tomorrow and will provide the tools necessary and even a tutorial!

it lets you unlock all the "achievements" in the game, maybe we can port this over to the ps3 and mod it the same way like in fallout NV.
