Id love to go back and play some older ps2 games on my PlayStation, however, i don't have the backwards compatibility.

You must login or register to view this content.

It is a .elf that needs to be signed; I have not tried or signed it yet, but it is a step forward towards what you are looking for.

I have scanned for virusses with Avast Internet Security and I can assur you that there are not any.

Anyways, there is my two sense!
O and by the way, I thinks its coded for 3.41.

that would be cool, but i think its a hardware issue and not a quick fix you can do.

I think you would have to have a new PS3, not just a software update or a homebrew app.

as others has insisted they removed the hardware commponet that recognises the codec on the ps2 games thus meaning
could you get them on there ----- yes
what would happen======= it would likely give you a failed to start error or not display at all
