(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I updated my ps3 to 3.56, Then I decided to downgrade without knowing you can't do it the old way' so I was stuck in factory service mode and the file 2 self file does not work I have tried lots of things but because I formatted the hdd on my computer. when I turn my ps3 on 10-30 seconds later it goes in standby mode I do not get any display no audio
nothing. Do any of you know how to fix it?

I have rang sony up and they have said they have no solution for the fix but they want to exchange my unit for a refurbished one for 134 Gbp's I do not have the money to exchange it and they cannot fix it

I need to know what's going on in ur head before i can even help you... let's have a conversation..i won't give u all the answers to you in a silver platter...there are plenty of awesome and useful info in this forum...so now that we have that out of the way...what was ur reason to go to 3.56?

I wanted to play online the logans5 proxy tool kept signing me out same with ps3 unk0wns patch blocker 2.3 and elite mossys patch blocker and the dns trick did not work so i thought il just go onto 3.56

ok...so u thought 3.56 would fix these problems? listen 3.56 is OFW (original firmware by sony aka SATAN) what was your previous firmware? 3.41CFW? 3.55CFW? all those homebrews u have only run on CFW'S not on OFW's. so all them homebrew's on 3.56 technically dont exist any more...u got urself in really deep...

I was on 3.55 geohot cfw but I downgraded to the modified 3.41 then down to ofw 3.40 then upgrade to 3.56 ofw because you have to do the update to go online but then i realised that you cant run already saved homebrew on it so I wanted to downgrade so I used the old method thinking it still works so plugged in my x3max stuck in factory/service mode

WOW u sure screwed up..man u have to do ur research 1st before upgrading & downgrading..... u did a goolash of a bunch of things that down even make sense.......

ok, short and simple answer........most likely you have BRICKED your PS3..... :confused: , am i right guys? correct if i am wrong everyone....
