you need to down grade from 3.56 to 3.55.
also your title says 3.56 to 3.56 so im assuming you mean 3.56 to 3.55.

Can't understand you. But i'm assuming you're saying you are on 3.56 and you want to go back to 3.55? Well, that's called downgrading. Downgrading a Playstation 3 is almost impossible. There is a method but i haven't tried it yet and i hear you can brick your PS3 by doing so. So won't try it for now....

Pretty much any firmware, 3.55 and below you can downgrade...
3.56 downgrade will be cracked soon enough hopefully.
