then download CFW by geohot :p

I don't think there is a CFW for 3.15, you can jailbreak with a psjailbreak or a cloned device, or you could update to 3.55 or 3.41 which has CFW but you can retain OtherOS by using You must login or register to view this content. after you have installed some CFW, maybe: You must login or register to view this content. or kmeaw's CFW (check ps3news.com or psgroove.com)
