im not very good at hacking/modding so i need someone else to tell me, do you think there is a way to make a tool like this for the PS3 version

i tried following the xbox steps by using the "DATA" file but it didnt work so i tried the PARAM.PFD and it allowed me to change my things but i dont know if this will work or not

please dont respond saying im dumb (i already know that :p
i was just curios to see if anyone else thinks this may work
