I decided to update to 3.56 and realized I could use the PSN store, but I can't see if I'm banned from playing online because I can't test out any games on it.

Yes because you need to be logged into psn to go into the psn store. If you are worried about the console ban they were just for black ops. Not other games.

Wasn't the Black Ops ban for those who actually hacked on BO? I haven't played the game on this system since I jailbroke it (I just installed multiMAN, never booted up a backup game or anything)
