EDIT :

Can i edit it at all or will i be able to in the near future around a month or so?

Unfortunately, once you guys updated to 3.56 you lost the ability to run unsigned code; hence no homebrew (comgenie etc).

U CAN'T Use comgemie file manager and all homebrews.

Yes everyone right . Apparently you will just get a black screen. but the patch that you currently have in may still work when you play Mw2 so put in your best patch if you want to update. If you really want to update you will have to do this First. BTW i did not write or create this tutorial i took it from another userowke this is what you need to to .

First make sure you are on CFW but disconnect the ethernet cable !

REMOVE ALL pkg files , backups, Blackops hacked patches ( so clean up EVERY thing )

then download Whipe History v2.0 .pkg ( You can find it somewhere)

install whipe history and run it
once you are back on the XMB install OFW 3.55

when you are on ofw 3.55 you will notice Whipe History is still there

Run it once again.
now you history log is completly empty

so delete Whipe History v2.0.pkg now

Connect Ethernet Cable and go over to Log In .
A message : there´s a new update want to install it ? will appear
''Yes''

downlaod and istall it and your good to go

then sit back and relax people are working on a new CFW for 3.56 such as project ONYX.
Ps. I did not try this method as if the CFW proves unsucessful then you are stuck on 3.56 forever
