I WAS SCARED OUT OF MY MINE WHEN I DID THIS

NOTE: DONT MESS WITH ANYOTHER FILES IN THE RESOURCES FOLDER

REQUIREMENTS

    

KMEAWS 3.55 CFW

AbestOS (below)

sound files(below)

canagies filemanger

FILES NEEDED

STEP 1

    

Once you have downloaded abestOS.pkg put on root a flashdrive

go to [install .pkgs]

press X on it (it will install)

then under the disk/game your playing it will say abestOS

run it

A bunch of words will come up (dont fret its normal)

wait till it say press X to exit, then do so

STEP 2

    

Open up canagies file manager

there will be a file called dev_rwflash

open that, there will be a file called vsh

open that, now resources

open that

STEP 3

    

on the right go to your flashdrive (usb001 or 006)

then go to either alienware or boom wtf on your flasdrive

You will see two files coldboot_muli and coldboot_sound

now find those two files in the resources folder

Make sure the < is over BOTH of the same files

just press select (it will turn red)

then press O and then the start button

STEP 4

    

right once your done with that hold the middle button down

turn off system

wait for it to turn off completly

just start it up

Even if you do manage to install a nonworking sound, I believe the worst that will happen is the PS3 simply won't play the sound, or it will sound corrupted.
However, ALWAYS use caution when editing the flash. Be smart.
