You can't downgrade a Playstation 3. To do so you will need a custom firmware, but there isn't one at the moment.

Hey most of these guys are not NOOB friendly. Sorry to say but no there is no current way to downgrade your PS3. Also there are no CFW (custom firmware=modded patch) Just in case you don't know.
Here is a link to a guy I think is making a legit CFW.
