Either you didnt setup your network right or you didnt follow the tutorial to the "T". Check your router and make sure its not blocking any attempts to access the PC. Make sure you also have the proper IP Address inputted into the PS3 Network Settings. It's your error. Had a buddy who had the same issue earlier and he worked it out.
