If it is and if their servers are running, they just have to scan people that are playing and ban them from the game or from PSN since killzone 3 is developped by SONY.

Do you think they are watching this ? Personally i think that they are. Especially since the dev of this game is Sony itself.

No one has been banned yet, for modding the ps3.

Yeah but... the game is not out. How can there be people on their KZ 3 servers...... easy bans for sony imo.
