Firstly you will need kmauw (I will find all links tomorrow its 00:30 here and I have school tomorrow)
Second you will need to download the leaked killzone 3 which is 40GB+ (I'm not sure what region it is as I haven't looked into it but if the leaked isn't your region I doubt you will be able to)
Thirdly You will need multiman, lv2 patcher and fix permissions. You may also need a external hardrive as I'm unsure of how the file has been uploaded/leaked. i will help you more tomorrow

The killzone 3 lacked is only EU, but that doesn't matter as all ps3 games are region free.

I think joey made a thread on how to run backups with Kmeaw 3.55 CFW. I'd get Kmeaw and just follow his thread, that's what I did and it hasn't let me down yet. If you're thinking about backing up a few games then I suggest you get a desktop HD, I have a 2TB one
