(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My understanding is that if you install updates, which I have been using this app for about a month now, then some games will not play using a backup manager...I recently tried to install "Agarest:Generations of War" and after installing the update it gave me black screen after start up....Any input guys? I really want this game to work..Has anyone even gotten this title to run via multiMAN? Other backups that I have "aquired" work fine with the updates ...Here's the list of ones that work with updates if anyone cares:

1. Borderlands
2. 3D Dot Game Heroes
2. Disgaea 3
3. Two Worlds 2
6. Far Cry 2
7. Achemist of Arland


Im not sure if updates are advisable or not...Can someone let know about your experiences with updates or this program?

not to hijack your topic but i have a related question
I have used game updater to dl some updates, i see them all saved as .pgk file.

now i haven't installed them yet, because i was wondering, well presuming they will install to the internal hd, but my backups are on an external hd, will the games be able pull the updates from the internal hd,...or how does it work !! thanks in advance

Hey Consaw, I am not sure how this would work...I imagine it would be the same....but, not sure. I do know that if I have a game on my flash stick(16 gig) and its in the /GAMEZ/ folder then muitMAN will run it...If its a game that rquires that you install to the HDD to play, like "3D Dot Game Heroes", and you run from external it will install...but, if you move that game to internal folder /GAMES/ and run it, it will install again...I'm imagining that the update process is similar. Any ideas?
