mine says validating online pass then i get disconnected from EA servers.
anybody found a way around this or is medal oh honor online a no go.

Assuming a back up is exactly the same as running the game from the disc. There shouldn't be any problems. Unless you got the back up from another place then its a no-go.

i have it also says validating online pass then disconnects but i click play now after that then it works

i wish to be as lucky lol mine just does that loop .
where did you get your version from?

nope got mine from an upload it has worked once but now i just get disconnected from ea servers

scratch that i done it but still the same
the only problem i encounter is that the install.pkg file is 4.33GB so its to large for the fat32 hdd to take it :s.
could that be my problem did you some how get the install.pkg on your hdd?

oh yeah i forgot about ftp lol
so i just need it in the folder its comes in the file i don't need to load the pkg up?
cos don't see any way of opening it when i send it through ftp lol so guessing when i start the game up it does it all.

Just to see if we getting same message:
i start multiplayer i get a message saying "connecting"
i then get a message saying "online pass check failed"
i click ok then it goes to "verifying online pass"
then "disconnected EA servers are down or something"
