Treyarch bans people and sony will soon notice you, and ban you. I suggest to disable internet connection with a cfw or use that f*ckpsn tool but i dont know if thats any better though.

heres what you do go online with Fu ck psn and enjoy PSN and then when u need homebrew sign out and then use the wipe logs hombrew then use ur ftp or multiman w/e then wipe ur logs... easy....

Personally me and all the people I know that use backups of games have not been banned at all, I haven't actually heard of anyone being banned from it.

I seriously doubt Sony could do anything about it, the current backup managers spoof the backup loaded as it being from the disc, so.... :whistle:

I can confirm it they will ban you I was playing backups online and I got banned (I have 3 PS3s Haha F*** Sony) you can play online for a little while then you will get banned and it also depends on what type of backup you are playing
