No. You can't change it if you are on 3.56. Only 3.55 custom firmware.

clearly you can change it.....by using your pc as a proxy server, and redirecting the update through your pc-to ps3 therefore changing patchh, BUT we need to wait on dm430 to make the pkg used for all regions...so yeah, ur wrong, btw -rep because of sig that asks for it :L

Nice job going into a questions thread then telling others they are wrong and not accepting anyones opinion or knowledge even though you have no idea.. What you are saying will not work on 3.56, there's no way for it to connect to the PS3, no homebrew is currently possible on 3.56 and there are no other ways.

if you actually read the original thread by dm430 then you would realise its entirely possible on any firmware
