I Did the same thing mate heres what you do .... download the ofw 3.55 then enter recovery mode (hold on button on ps3 till it beeps beeps then beeps again then hold again it will beep beep then double beep then click system update plug your usb in with ofw 3.55 then update to 3.55 ofw and then update back to 3.55 cfw

no you wont m8 just update to 3.55 ofw or whiCH ever one your using and you be all good

yes back to ofw then back to kmeaw im on kmeaw too

ok i did that now i get a hard disk error it wants to restore it??
(the hard disks file system is corrupted and will be restored) will i loose my data now? like my game saves?

what fw did you put on m8 and you want into recover did you but i think that your going to have to do it all again m8 but if there a hard disk error nothing you can do apart from restore it m8 i tryed the 3.56 spoof on my 3.41 never work just f u ked up my ps3 so i just put on my 3.41 ofw and then am done
