Redownload the cfw and try doing it. Maybe it's corrupt

has it worked yet if not im uploading kmeow to multiupload as we speak i no this works coz i reflashed my ps3 with it yesterday

im on 3.56 but it gets that far lol

u cant put custom firmware on 3.56 tried it doesnt work even though it shows up as a new update u cant do anything your stuck on 3.56

btw im on 3.55 kmeow and if your wondering how i no that it doesnt work

i updated my ps3 to 3.56 after using cfw and tried everything bar the service mode to get back to cfw

i swapped my ps3 with a m8 who doesnt play online because he doesnt have internet

The reason it's not working is that it's not meant to, you can't downgrade with it.

It will never work.

Do a barrel roll!
You cant go from 3.56 to 3.55 cfw as of right now there are no downgrade methods
