i did follow the instructions to the t, but when i try to connect i get the error number 80710104.

i did search the error number in google and it came to a DNS Error.

I have set up my DNS1 to my PC and DNS2 to: open dns (didnt work) router dns (didnt work) left it blank (didnt work)

im out of options as you can see for the DNS. Could someone possibly help me?

well, my router broke sometime ago so im using my laptop as an access point. so when i use F*** psn, i put the primary and the secondary to my laptop ip. worked well for me. you can try that if you want but idk if it will work for you.

in command prompt type IPCONFIG u should get three numbers ipv4,subnet mask & default gateway on the ps3 type the number by ipv4 in dns 1 and the number by default gateway in dns two this worked for me an remeber you have to have to fcuk psn program running on the progran ur using

did you check if your firewall blocks that signal???

a friend of mine had the same problem his firewall blocked it. + did you exchange the cer file?

´Be 100% sure to use the correct Ca24.cer and also be sure to RENAME the original one to CA24.cer.bak

It should work.
If not Try with different computers.

If that still doesnt work you messed up with following the tutorial.

its actually CA27.cert now. and not CA24.cert

and somehow it just started working! thanks though. appreciate the effort.

Although I said CA24 because I use fuPSN v.04.

alright well you need to put a static ip on ur computer. thats the first step. than for the first dns on ur ps3 put ur computers ip. than for the second put ur default router. after that ur pretty much set.
