What people is Sony supposed to be going after ban-wise? Is it just the people still on 3.55 CFW using bypasses and other methods to still had the ability to play online while keeping their CFW intact? My other question would be this - I jailbroke on 3.55 but updated to 3.56 OFW when it came out. I deleted the blackb0x after the update too (considering it no longer worked). Sony never sent me an email telling me I have hacked stuff on my ps3 by the way. I just want to check and see if I am safe from all this banning stuff.

They are banning all the CFW users and any type of unknown modified Playstation 3, its pretty stupid though.

Ok but since I no longer use CFW and am on OFW would you say that it's not likely Sony will ban me (I highly doubt Sony would look into my log history - they're pretty lazy)?

most likely you should not get banned, i didnt, i had Geohots jb on 3.55 for a while and modded most of all my games. and then 3.56 came out and i updated. i still have my modded data and havent gotten banned, so y ou shoul not get banned
