and then I ran **** psn & it still says "A system software update is required. Do you want to update now?"

u need to spoof psn so it thinks u are 3.56 go You must login or register to view this content. to get full tut an it ca24 u have to change not 27 or alest that is the one that worked for me

Your Doing it wrong, When you get to the IP Adress settings on your PS3 where it asks for ur IP adresss SUBNET Mask and all those stuff, U PUT THAT TO AUTOMATIC NOT MANUAL, THEN WHEN U GO THE NEXT ONE "DNS SETTINGS" You type ur computer IP for primary DNS, then u type ur router IP for secondary

It still shows the software update message. Didn't help :confused:
