Post: Port 80 Isn't Available To Me Soooo... What Should I do?
03-03-2011, 12:15 AM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have determined that both methods of connecting to PSN on 3.55 require port 80 to be free, which in my case because I'm using an annoying version of Norton isn't a possibility.

Is there any alternative?

P.S. +90 rep for anyone who finds a fix :bro:

P.S.P.S.(?) This was supposed to be posted in the questions section and idk wtf happened, mod move it please Smile Edit: Thanks whoever moved it =D

Do you know the IP address to go to the settings page of your router/modem?

Yup & the login, but it says "service port number was defined by another service" even though the only other service I've put in there uses port 25565(minecraft :p).

DMZ your PC... set the DMZ ip to something like 192.168.1.111 and then set your PC's Ip to that aswell.. and turn off all firewalls just to check if it's working, then re-activate everything one by one until it stops working, then try to make it an exception or just don't activate the firewall that high.
