cfw 3.55 only!

in a file manager goto directory

hdd_000 / vsh / pushlist /

then copy the patch.dat to a flashdrive

decrypt the patch.dat using emersons method

then open the newly created patch.self in ACS tool i believe

then decrypt that to patch.elf

now open that with any text program ( hex editor ) now find where it says enable auto update

change the 0 to a 1

now using ACS tools change the .elf back into .self

then use the same program to get it in a .pkg for installation

( I had a friend help me )

then put it on the root of your flashdrive

and then install it

now it will never ask you to update!

if you accidently delete it just reinstall your FW as thats where the vsh is stored

What's so difficult about installing a damn update? Seriously even on a cfw its not hard?

y dont u just blacklist the links and then it wont connect and u cant update because it wont let it "charles"

thats wot i did alot easier than deleting or editing files
