i have got both of these files today from my frien he has the new dlc for bo.
i tried every thing with these files but still i cant get the dlc on to my download list.
any help to get the dlc on to my download list.

If you got the game legitimately..

well the act.dat is the activation codes so you will need to edit that to activate the maps on your console but the catch.dat is, if I heard correctly, some of the data stored on the downloads list but to get it you must first download the list most likely by clicking the playstation store or clicking the downloads list. After you have it copy and past the lines of catch.dat to your catch.dat then go in the playstation store to your downloads list and if it didn't re-download the catch file (Highly likely that it did and this whole method will fail) then it you be on your downloads list.
