(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Can it be possible now? Can it be possible to make a CFW that skips the disk check so that we can just pop in a PS1, PS2, or even a PS3 and play it instead of dealing with all the backup manager shit? I have alot of copied PS1, and PS2 games sitting around that I would like to play on my PS3. I know there has been a few exploits to play PS1 copies, I have even found one my self.

Well the original TIFF exploit one no longer works as of 2.60 [?]. I think thats the firmware that it was patched but I'm not sure. You can give mine a shot but you need a few things.

Have a PS1 game that uses 2 discs. I used, Star Wars: Rebel Assualt.

Pop in disc two and make sure there is no data from disc one on your internal memory card.

Load up the game and it will ask you to insert disc one.

Eject disc two and put in any copied disc or any other PS1 game and let the game read it and it will tell you it is the incorrect disc.

Now press the PS button and go down to Reset Game. Press it and your game will reset into the game thats in the system.
