Post: [NEED HELP] Decrypting EBOOT.BIN
03-06-2011, 06:12 PM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have unpacked MultiMAN, i have modified a few things and now i want to repack it, but i cant seem to repack it because of something to do with the EBOOT.BIN. I think i may have to decrypt the the EBOOT.BIN and the encrypt it again. I used the following tutorial to encrypt:

You must login or register to view this content.

But i keep getting this error:

You must login or register to view this content.

Can anyone HELP?

I used ES35 to unpack the .PKG but cant repack it because of EBOOT.

Thanks (I WILL +REP)

Place the EBOOT.self in cygwin/home/user. You must be in the DIrectory of the EBOOT when doing it. etc cd C:\cgwin\home\user\

So i should have the EBOOT.BIN in like : C:\cygwin\home\Aministrator\EBOOT.BIN.

Should i move the cygwin.bat to that directory too?

BTW DO I NEED TO CHANGE MY SUSTEM VARIABLES TO: C:\cygwin\bin ??

No your system variables don't need changed. Just move the eboot to C:\cygwin\home\Aministrator\EBOOT.BIN. and try it.

That means it's a retail EBOOT. It can't be decrypted.
