Here at NGU? Gamesharing was stopped here not too long ago.
In general... technically gamesharing has not been banned by Sony, but in my opinion, I recommend that you shouldn't do it. There's just way too many things at risk when you trade with people around the internet. Unless it is a very close friend or family member, I'd advise not to do it with anyone else.
Sony's purpose with gamesharing, was not to trade other people games or DLC (Or give them free games), but for people with multiple systems. That way, they wouldn't have to re-buy the games.
Think of it like this, gamesharing is like bootlegging DVDs. You're taking something and reproducing it to other people for download, and for free.

Well they made the home beta game sharable...Normally when you try and game share with people you have a 4 person limit to how many people can put your account on their ps3 and be able to download your downloads, but Home Beta was made to were you could game share it with however many people you want, so you would have to think that Sony knows what is happening and apparently doesn't mind it...
