All right, this here is awesome… Now you and I both know it’s a tedious process to find PSN links and install free PSN content without actual access to PSN, right? Well this aims to solve all that: Brewology’s PS3 PKG / PSN Downloader BETA, by Nik.

It works like this:

1. First install PS3 FTP Server on your hacked PS3 and make sure that is working properly.
2. Now browse to ps3.brewology.com/psn and find whatever it is you’re looking for: PSN game demos, trailers, whatever…
3. Click the link and you’re brought to a Java applet.
4. Accept running the Java applet, wait for it to load, and fill out the required fields.
5. Press “Download” and wait.
6. Once the download has completed, quit out of PS3 FTP Server, and you should see whatever it is you downloaded on your PS3 XMB.

Cool, huh?

* Things to fix/add include: Threading, Multiple Downloads, Make it not ugly, Better categories on PSN link repos, A few more surprise… In all honesty there is a TON to do… just gotta find the time.
