In my honest opinion, you shouldn't, as you can more than easily bypass the update using the DNS bypass . Then you can stay on 3.56 and play online perfectly fine.

seriously if your on 3.56 its not gonna matter if a downgrade is found and released AFTER a few updates it should work on them all

i would update if i was you because i doubt that there will be a downgrade anytime soon

Just update to 3.60, Bypass above is good for few weeks only then it gets patched and you gonna have to update later anyhow.
