(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ok so i was watching a new vid on thegunnshop channel and guns4hire was talking about the geohotz case and how sony had got a big win cause when they went to court with geohotz and Won They made an order that EVERY one that has or had been on geohotz website is ****ed basicly because They Have everyone's ip Adress that went on that website since 2009 So if you do not believe me here it is.

(BTW if this is true then sony knows where you live and what you have been doing im scared if this is true cause i have been on geohotz website Once or twice.

the reason sony wanted to get the ips was to prove they had jurisdiction to try geohot in california if anyone downloaded or visited his sites from california (where sony is based in the US).

at least this is what i've read.

UPDATE: after watching his video, i'm surprised he's against geohot. this video proves guns4hire doesn't fully understand what is going on and why geohot and other ps3 "hackers" (the anti-pirating, anti-cheating hackers) do what they do. to put it as simple as i can, geohot is fighting for the CONSUMERS right to do what they want with product they legally purchased. i'm not talking about the PSN because that is a privilege that sony has setup for those that follow their terms and conditions in order to use it. i think guns4hire is grouping all hackers (good and bad) in 1 group (like sony) because of the pirating and online cheating that other "bad-hackers" engage in.
