So if i update to 3.60 will it ban me?

Yes you will still be permelanetly banned from black ops.

nah, i have a few ps3's and one of them i got permanently console banned from BO. I am now playing on another playstation and was just wondering if it has any security updates that will ban me from psn or BO on this ps3?
