Post: PS3 Lag Switch problem

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi everyone I need some help i made a lag switch for my ps3 and i just got a LINKSYS wireless-G router from a friend today and from reading everyone else problems no match my case and from wut I understand the connection method should be right it mines set up like this Modem---(lag switch )--router----ps3 1 time it connected i tryed to lag on mgo for fun i went on a lader pressed my switch climed up then press my switch then i try to see if it works because i did lag when i climed the ladder so idk wut iam doing wrong so ya now I cant connect anymore plz help iam going mad its bothering me so much thank you for your time have a nice day ^_^

Yes i did get a dns error so wuts that mean and wut do i do?

It means your switch is running all the time which means you constructed it wrong I've had this problem before Just use a different light switch then let me know the results (IT COULD ALSO BE THE COPPER WIRE FROM THE ETHERNET IN NOT ENTIRELY AROUND THE SCREWS)

ya i checked my wires there all connected i have 2 lag switchs 1 I have a button little box kitt i bought from raido shack the other is just a light switch but bouth of them still give me the dns error so idk wuts up lol and is can u tell me the right way to hook it up i have it goin modem---(lagswitch)---router---PS3

I have DNS problems all the time, for some reason lag switches do that. Try unplugging your modem and router for 10 sec then plug back in.

Lagswitches don't do that only some with either
1. a bad light switch
2. badly constructed
mine doesnt give me dns error unless I try loggin into psn with it flipped

well mine is pretty well made i sawdered mine in sorry for my poor english mines inside a box and my second 1 is a light switch theres no way they bouth sux lol
