You can, it comes as a pkg, but no one really uploads them. If your console is banned use psid patch and press random until you get a valid id.

How did you get banned?

not sure i have gotten the same error derektroter got a couple days ago(his thread got deleted) i could right it down. luckily i have a second ps3
