I currently am running the 3.55 CFW and using rogero manager and blackbox to run games.

obvy its telling me to update to get on the network.

is the JB all over? where do i go from here guys? thanks

At this moment 3.55 is the highest available custom firmware. All bypass methods are also patched. Sony is stepping up big time, and no one is taking Geohots place ( he got sued ).

KaKaRoToK and Mateuilh are the only devs really doing anything. Lots of fakes out there..

Yeah, the JB scene is pretty much over. Not entirely, but for the most part, it is. If you are really putting your CFW to good use, there is no need to update.

I've updated to 3.60 and haven't regretted it. It's fun playing legit again :y:

Sony has basically stepped up their game. Geohot is in the middle of a huge court debate with Sony. That's about all you missed I think.

3.56 , 3.56 v2, 3.60 came out they patched all spoof methods atm , geohot got sued, and kakaroto is finding a way to jailbreak all future updates

When did Sony patch the spoof method? Some days ago, before I went on a little holiday it still worked. They patched the PS3ITA's CFW PSN access too?

every way to get on psn has been patched

as 3.60 uses a new passphrase

and the new passphrase is in ofw 3.60

it wont b long till we find it out until then no psn

but plenty of free games cheers :whistle:

Don't update, stay on 3.55, don't try to spoof your version, wait patientlly for a bypass, sony has patched every single form of bypass by changing the 3.60 authentication, get FAQ here: You must login or register to view this content.
