If your using Geohots tools than this is how you get them to work.

1. Install OpenSSL

2. Click next during the installation. Once it asks for where to install the .dll files, select the Windows System Directory

3, Once it finishes installing, put the files onto the root of one of your harddisk drives (for example C: \)

4. Now open the CMD Prompt and type the letter followed by the (for example: C: )

5. Now type any of the .exe files (example: package_finalize), and you get the instructions on how to use them (package_finalize gives you: usage: package_finalize my.pkg)

try it without typing the file extension.....
That error means your not typing it in correctly

You need ungpkg to un-package normal game package files, unpkg is for stuff like CORE_OS, actual system files.

The reason it flicks up then exits is you're meant to use it in command prompt by cd'ing to the directory its in then do something for example ungpkg PACKAGE.PKG packageUnpack (last word = folder you want it in, needs to already be created).
