ur psn account can be activated on 5 ps3

u can sign in with that account on more ps3s but u wont be able to download anything

So, I can gameshare my psn to 5 people , then after that I can make another PSN account and gamshare to 5 more people but I need to re-download / buy the item rite?

For example, if you have one psn account, and you have 5 ps3 console activated on it (no matter where the console may be,) you cannot let anyone gameshare from it anymore. For example if bob,joe,henry,kevin and peter all use one psn account gameshare, NOONE else can gameshare from that one psn account because it is already used by 5 people.

The limit is each PSN
5 of your friends can have your account activated on their PS3 for gamesharing, but no more than 5 or it won't allow you.

If you make a new account using the same psn which the 5 people are using, then no.

You cannot gameshare with the specific account that has 5 users already activated on it, meaning, if they download even one thing from the PSN account, there ps3 is activated on the account. So if 5 people downloaded something from that account, you cannot gameshare from it anymore because 5 people are activated on it. Even if you make a new user, you cannot download from that account if you are the 6th person trying to download from it.

if u make a NEW psn account and buy stuff on it , u can gameshare that with 5 people ( PS: u r the first person , so u can only gameshare with 4 more people)
