What its for:

COD4 Modding
MW2 Modding
And other tools for the ps3. every function in this program doesnt allow to be used for a xbox 360. thats why its posted in PS3 and not mw2 Section.

im not sure if it have bugs. its modding tool for, MW2, COD4 ETC.
