appraently u can decrypt them by some sort of program. something to do with that u have to add the certificates to your system

Yeah, You found cool files for certificates and stuff, people have been finding stuff like this since 3.56 came out, generally it leads to needing something else, and that would need something else. Sorry for my pessimism.

Well like i said this verifies your CA is what im assuming i know the CA on the ps3 have been found long ago just never seen these anywhere altho i never really looked around for them.
