OpenFTP is based on jjolano's OpenPS3FTP v2.0. OpenFTP and gives us the possibility to mount the dev_flash to the PS3 to change its FTP file. OpenFTP also said to delete the screen saver unlike OpenPS3FTP.
Note: that the homebrew is located in the "Network" and not "Game."
It was written using the PSL1GHT SDK found at

Kinda Crappy looking. Get Icons and a Background.... Ill stick to BlackB0x FTP for right now.
